The technology created by Kartrak allows material transfer to the truck to begin before all aggregates are weighed. While the operator fetches material with the loader, the automation is already transferring everything to the truck.
Tablet batching to ensure accuracy and speed
We do away with the weighing display and provide a tablet instead. The operator uses our app to indicate which material is being weighed and also controls the entire plant from the same tablet. You can alternate materials, pause and resume weighing, or split a single material into several stages. The app opens in the browser via IP and can be accessed from several devices at once. Your operation becomes panel-independent: access is done by tablet, phone or PC.
